We call this solution PermSafe™, and it guarantees that 97% of the fibers in your underwear are cleaned when you wash our period panties with our Active Enzyme laundry sheets, even without pre-washing. PermSafe™ allows the Active Enzymes in our laundry sheets to penetrate the fibers of our period panties instantly, so you can skip the pre-wash.
Thanks to our Active Enzyme formula for our laundry sheets, even low temperatures provide gentle cleaning, ensuring you always feel fresh. The laundry sheets remove 95% more bacteria and blood proteins than conventional detergents when washing our period underwear.

Want to take the best care of your period underwear? Start with a laundry bag! Fill it with at least one laundry sheet for every 1-3 pairs of period underwear. If your underwear is particularly delicate, feel free to use more sheets to suit your needs.
The laundry net protects your period panties in the washing machine, so they stay like new for longer. The washing sheets ensure ultimate hygiene.
If you want to keep your usual scent, simply combine the washing sheets with your favorite detergent.
For sparkling clean period underwear, pre-washing is your best friend. Whether you choose hand washing or use your washing machine's pre-wash cycle, one thing is certain: the water temperature should not exceed 30 degrees Celsius. This is not only gentle on your period underwear, but also a secret to activating the active enzymes in our wash sheets, allowing them to penetrate deep into the fibers of your period underwear and thoroughly remove bacteria and blood proteins.
If you're handwashing or washing your period underwear in the sink, soak your period panties for about 20 minutes in a mixture of water and allthingsdaysie Active Enzyme Wash Sheets. Use at least one wash sheet for every 4 liters of cold water. This mixture is enough for 1-3 pairs of period panties. This preparation activates the enzymes, allowing them to penetrate deep into the fibers. But don't worry, the enzymes will still work effectively even with a pre-wash cycle in the washing machine.
For machine washing, we recommend a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius. This temperature is gentle on the materials of your period panties while still ensuring effective cleaning. Important: To avoid compromising the performance of your period underwear, do not use bleach or fabric softener.
When handwashing, use at least one wash sheet for every 4 liters of cold water. And every time you think, "Okay, time for fresh water," remember: the ratio remains the same. One wash sheet for 1-3 pairs of panties, never more than 4 liters of water.
If you wash your period underwear with other textiles, please note: Our Active Enzyme laundry sheets are not suitable for delicate fabrics such as silk, wool, or cashmere, as they can break down protein fibers. Leather or suede items should also not be washed with Active Enzyme laundry sheets.
To extend the lifespan of your period underwear and protect the environment, hang it up to dry. Thanks to the quick-drying material of your period panties, this method is not only eco-friendly but also particularly effective. Air drying preserves the quality and elasticity of the underwear. This way, you protect not only your period panties but also our planet.
