In all cases, you have the option to request a return and/or a refund within 30 days. This applies to unused products.
For used products, we strive to be as flexible as possible within this timeframe. However, we can only accept returns of unused goods without any signs of wear.
We review each case individually to offer the best possible solution. We can propose several solutions within 30 days.
Within 30 days we offer a "money-back guarantee", which means that you will be refunded the value of your order, credited as a voucher, or receive a certain amount in the form of a voucher.

Within Germany
Whether it's an exchange or a return, you can easily send the goods back to us within Germany. After you have contacted us via our returns and exchange portal regarding a return or exchange, and we have approved the return and/or found a solution together, you will receive the return label from us.
Exchange:
Within Germany, returns are always free of charge. Simply send the item back using the return label we provide. After receiving the returned item, we will send you your replacement.
Returns:
Within Germany, return shipping costs may apply if the order value of the returned item is less than €40. For orders under €40, we charge a flat return fee of €2.75. Returns are free of charge for orders over €40.
Outside of Germany
Outside of Germany, you will receive a return label from us after contacting us via our returns and exchange portal regarding a return or exchange. Whether it's a return or an exchange, you are generally responsible for the shipping costs. While we will strive to offer free shipping for exchanges, due to the varying shipping costs explained below, we cannot guarantee this.
